After my own unraveling, I had to find my way back. Not through more thinking. Through feeling. Through my body. Through the dark.

A guided somatic audio that drops you into your body. Not just meditation, active presence work. You will be asked to feel, to move, to breathe, to stay. Each one is different. Each one goes deeper.
HYPNOSIS PORTAL
A soft theta-state guided SELF Hpnosis that speaks directly to your nervous system and subconscious. This is where the rewiring happens, not through more effort, through deep receptivity.
INNER PARTS WORK
Each day you meet a specific inner part. You dont fix her. You witness. That is the work. She has been waiting, patient, loyal, ready.
DEVOTION PRAYER
Not religious, devotional. A love letter to yourself and the parts of you that have beenn waiting. Speak them aloud. Let your voice carry them. Let them dissolve into your body like salt into water.
